ADM’s Imaging Excellence program is designed to provide your facility with the highest quality of image data in addition to all documentation required to satisfy the strictest JCAHO, ACR, Medicare or ICANL inspections.

 

Daily

  • Quality Assurance images will be acquired on a daily basis in accordance to OEM protocols.
  • Quality Assurance data will be inspected to assure compliance with OEM specifications.
  • Quality Assurance data will be recorded in a Master QA log to be kept onsite at all times.
  • Quality Assurance data will be available for inspection by Medical Health Physicists, authorized accreditation inspection employees and OEM-trained engineers at all times.
  • Any variance in the Quality Assurance data that exceed OEM specifications will be recorded in the Master QA log and reported immediately to OEM-trained engineers for corrective action.
  • Any excessive variance in the Quality Assurance data will be shown to the Radiologist, who will make the final determination as to the usability of the system.



Monthly (or as required)

  • OEM-trained engineers will perform preventative maintenance in accordance to OEM guidelines.
  • All preventative maintenance will be documented and kept onsite in a Master Service log.



Semi-Annual Review

  • Quality Assurance films will be collected during the first week of initial service to establish a baseline for image quality
  • Client and Radiologist will agree upon the image quality, which will serve as a reference for all future Quality Assurance inspections.
  • An ADM Specialist will review Quality Assurance images on a semi-annual basis, or more frequently if image quality concerns occur.
  • If image quality is found to be reduced from initial baseline observations, system will be brought back to OEM specifications.
  • Radiologist will have the final word on all image quality interpretations.



Other

  • All service work (preventative or emergency) will be performed by OEM-trained engineers and documentation will be kept onsite in the Master Service log.
  • Client will have access to all data acquired for Quality Assurance and all emergency and preventative maintenance documentation
